This position is initially offered as a 12 month contract with the potential to extend to a permanent position.
Responsibilities
●Develop and maintain Vantage reports & verify data sources.
●Hold workshops with the client team to determine what reports are required.
●Work with the CBRE team such as Change manager, Technology Manager and Reliability Manager to agree data feeds, upgrades, projects and gap analysis.
●Research and implement a data platform for the Reliability Manager to use – to enable the Technical team to view data from assets, sensors and BEMS.
●Become the subject matter expert on new initiatives within CBRE and hold the relationship with the CBRE D&T Team and work to implement any new systems such as Jarvis and AI technology.
●Ensures all implementation projects remain on schedule and issues get resolved or escalated.
●Monitor and analyze program metrics and work with individuals on the information required to develop detailed dashboards.
●Develop dashboards that will be used to visualize metrics and present to leadership
●Create an enhanced user experience on various internal web pages including but not limited to; Vantage,
●Consult on process improvements that can enhance internal operations such as the upgrade of the telephone system.
●Facilitates regular meetings to review D&T project status for active and pending projects (project pipeline).
●Undertake training for client and staff system users.
●Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
●Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university. Will accept work history in lieu of a degree.
●Minimum five years of related experience performing duties identified in the responsibilities listed.
●Must be proficient in working with Service Insight, developing dashboards, Google Suites, Vantage, Power Bi, and other.
●Advanced expertise with Google Sheets / Excel
●Proven technical writing skills
●Previous use of graphic design tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
Communication Skills
●Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
●Strong organisational and analytical skills.
●Ability to effectively present information.
