Description
As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to generate sales for the company by identifying and pursuing potential customers. You will be tasked with building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that align with the company's products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Sales Presentations:
Present and explain the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers.
Address customer concerns and objections effectively.
Quota Achievement:
Set and achieve sales targets and quotas within specified timelines.
Monitor and report on sales performance.
Market Research:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
Furniture Liquidation industry a must.
Prior sales experience 3+ years.
Microsoft Office Suite experience.
