You will develop Mission Threads,Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), Capability Development Documents(CDDs), Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs), Interface ControlDocuments (ICDs), and digital mission and system models. Qualifications
Required:BS 12-15, MS 10-13, PhD 10+12+ years of experience in large-scale space mission and systems engineeringand integration on DoD and IC space programs6+ years of experience developing operational requirements, CONOPS,architectures, use cases, technical specifications, ICDs, andintegration plans and roadmaps for space and ground systemsExperience conducting or supporting space system Preliminary Design Reviews(PDRs), Critical Design Reviews (CDRs), Test Readiness Reviews(TRRs), and System Verification Reviews (SVRs)Knowledge of systems engineering standards, including IEEE 15288.1 and IEEE15288.2Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships withgovernment clients, Federally Funded Research and Developmental Centers(FFRDC), and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goalsAbility to be highly motivated, and demonstrate a dynamic work ethic andstrong desire to contribute to the DoD missionMust Possess and Maintain a Top Secret Cleara ceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CSDesired:Experience performing systems engineering, integration, and testing onspace-based remote sensing systemsExperience using a digital engineering approach to analyze and develop systemdefinitions and technical baselinesKnowledge of the OPIR mission, remote sensing payloads, communication andnetworking, data processing, exploitation and dissemination, spacesystem operations and tasking, mission planning, or space-ground integrationKnowledge of DoD 5000.01 and 5000.02Knowledge of hardware and software development processes and Agile methodsMaster's degree in an Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or CS fieldINCOSE Systems Engineering Professional Certifications, including ASEP,CSEP, or ESEP Certifications
