ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. Achieves the sales target for responsible area
Achieves the sales target for responsible area Develops relationships with key accounts and general customers
Do a good job in channel management and keep abreast of market trends calls on prospective and current company customers
Develops and explore business opportunities in different market segment in the territory, Works reliably with team member to resolve problems and achieve goals
Work closed with regional after-sales service support departments to improve customer in order to promote company’s business
Calls on prospective and current company customers ,promote new products according to users' needs
Works reliably with team member to resolve problems and achieve goals
Provides quality assurance for adherence to technical standards
Adheres to policies and procedures
EDUCATION & SKILLS:
Bachelor degree or above, with a major in Biochemistry, Bioengineering and Molecular Biology is preferred
Good command in computer application with Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Good command in English(read, write)
WORKING EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 3 years of sales in Clinical and ICL
Previous experience in research of hospital is preferred
