This is a role well suited to anambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a SalesOperations Business Analyst (NRL & Distribution), you will be responsible for :
Project manage various sales initiatives, including salesanalytics and CRM related projects
Support the NRL & Distribution field sales teams throughthe design, testing, and adoption of sales analytics including KPIs onSales rep performance, funnel volume and quality, and sales results.
Prepare operational and executive-level reports andpresentations for sales management including Performance Dialogue,Business Area updates, and team performance (e.g. organizational KPIs,defining trends, providing analysis and reporting)
Serve as a Shareville (CRM) subject matter expert to driveCommercial Excellence within LD and provide direction for futureShareville enhancements
Identify opportunities and best practices to drive extendedusage of existing customer management initiatives and improve salesefficiency
Engage key internal partners to address process bottlenecksand implement continuous improvement
Interface with NAM Healthineers operations colleagues toposition the CLS team’s requirements and inputs into various projects
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Strong communication and project management skills to alignand drive complex projects
Strong analytical skills including excellent MS Excel skills
Significant CRM / Sales / Marketing knowledge and experiencerequired
Possesses excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
Experience with SAP and Oracle Sales Cloud is preferred
Must be willing to travel up to 25% or more as required
The pay range forthis position is 77K-105K annually; however, base pay offered mayvary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annualincentive target is (8%) ofbase pay.
