　　Position Overview:

　　Full time direct hire position

　　Salary range in the $65 - $80K range

　　This role is eligible for quarterly bonuses up to $3000 based on performance

　　On site position with some remote flexibility

　　2 step interview process

　　Responsible for managing one other person

　　Full benefit and PTO package provided

　　General schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, occasional evenings and weekends required

　　Requirements

　　What you will need:

　　High school diploma and a four year college degree is required as is experience in marketing, selling, and leasing in a senior care space preferably an assisted living or similar setting

　　At least 2 years in a sales and marketing position, preferably in real estate, senior properties, or hospitality services

　　At least 1 year of direct, face to face sales experience including conducting tours in an assisted living or similar setting

　　3-5 years of supervisory experience in an assisted living or similar setting, preferred.
