　　THE ROLE:

　　Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics of components and equipment for servicing needs.

　　Obtain authorization for servicing and repairs from equipment owners.

　　Service and repair equipment both in the shop and on-site for the customer.

　　Recondition and remanufacture components for equipment, engine, and hydraulic repairs.

　　Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.

　　Communicate servicing needs to Branch Supervisor/Manager.

　　Complete service paperwork, including warranty information and work orders.

　　Participate in manufacturers' and in-house service training, ensuring continuous improvement.

　　Adhere to Health & Safety program and practices, with a focus on a safe workplace.

　　Utilize online support from manufacturers.

　　Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

　　Uphold a professional company image at all times.

　　Meet requirements of Field Level Hazard and Job Hazard assessments.

　　Test, measure, and verify electrical component operations when required.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Education: Trade certification, Journeyman Red Seal, and/or currently registered in a related Provincial Apprenticeship program.

　　Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience working on Forklifts or Lifting Trucks.

　　Knowledge: Proficient in written and verbal communication; exceptional customer service skills; demonstrated mechanical aptitude, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
