　　Our client is seeking a candidate to provide technical services for gague , sensor, tester manufacturing facility. This position will be providing both phone and email support to customers during pre and post sales orders, repairs, and overall customer service for the products. You will be providing in person/online product demonstrations at the manufacturing facility in Copiague.Ideal background would have an associate or similar degree in mechanical, electrical engineering or related field. 　　Responsibilities

　　Deliver pre- and post-sales product information and generate quotations

　　Offer technical support to existing customers, collaborating with engineering and customer service teams as required

　　Interpret customer requirements and conduct necessary research to propose suitable solutions

　　Communicate effectively through phone and email

　　Conduct online and in-person product demonstrations at our factory

　　Conduct training sessions for distributors, both online and in person

　　Quote repairs and services for equipment requiring maintenance or repair

　　Convey customer feedback and suggestions to management

　　Periodically attend trade shows to represent the company at the booth
