　　Our Opportunity

　　North American Lighting (NAL) is looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to the Sales & Marketing function through the analysis, maintenance, and reporting of departmental data from the business and marketing systems.

　　Essential Duties & Responsibilities

　　Your Priorities

　　Develops, implements, and maintains automated processes and standardized reporting in support of the Sales & Marketing Department.

　　Produces and submits NAL and Koito reports on a timely basis.

　　Performs monthly budget vs. actual reporting process ― including verification of data, monitoring of workflow cycle, and distribution of reports.

　　Performs sales plan reporting process ― including analysis of verification reports, monitoring of workflow cycle, facilitating completion of open issues, and distribution of reports.

　　Oversees and maintains functionality of sales databases, tracks open issues, makes suggestions for improvement, and works with MIS to ensure issues are resolved.

　　Provides training/updates to NAL personnel regarding process changes or modifications.

　　Requirements

　　Your Background

　　Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related discipline, plus 2 to 4 years of administrative and/or report-writing experience, including experience writing queries and reports in Microsoft Access.
