  We are seeking a commercial and tech savvy Sales Manager to work in our highly successful Sales (Amplify) team. Creative, passionate, resourceful, bright, proactive, motivated, and a superb team player are just some of the numerous attributes that constitute an ideal “Outbrainer”. Candidates must be a hard-driving dealmaker with the ability to source/build a revenue pipeline and be able to move potential prospects consistently from start to finish. 

   

  Candidates should also be energetic self-starters who enjoy working directly with clients, proactive in delivering the best possible customer experience and committed to creating new business opportunities in a dynamic environment.

   

   A day in the life

  Working closely with your team and management to achieve revenue targets, as well as to identify emerging trends in the marketplace. Drive revenue growth by continuously prospecting, closing and scaling advertisers in the sales pipeline.  A consultative dealmaker with the ability to manage direct brands and advertising agency groups.  Manage a growing pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked. Delivering insights and strategy for clients to truly understand the value of Outbrain campaigns Delivering sales presentations to all levels of direct brand and agency groups. Raising awareness and building Outbrain’s profile with the advertising agencies and direct brands. A great communicator who can respond quickly in a fast-moving environment  

  What you’ll bring

  Minimum Bachelor’s degree At least 2-3 years in digital media sales and/or ad-tech sales. Strong communication and presentation skills with an ability to present ideas/concepts effectively. Strong analysis and synthesis capacities, including excellent comprehension Deep knowledge of digital advertising space, media and Ad-tech A motivation to participate in the Outbrain adventure! Ability to navigate, communicate and manage with both internal and external stakeholders. Prior experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and other productivity-related tools will be a bonus!
