Job Summary:
Manage all aspects of the contracting team . Take leadership by coaching and motivating the project teams to meet the project goals, responsible for AOP revenue and GM% of the Contracting team. This role is responsible for projects that have the following criteria:
· Lead, supervise and coach a team of Sales Engineers to understand and validate project scope of work and requirements, plan and ensuring smooth execution of the project.
· Validating and review project Cost Estimate and ensuring commitment to deliver committed GM% with Engineering team
· Responsible for revenue forecast and recognition of all contracting projects ensuring that it will meet AOP.
· Attend consultant/customer project meeting/discussion.
· Responsible and Supervise all the works perform by Sales Engineers.
· Resolve projects issues or customers complaints timely with the objective of maintaining customer confidence and satisfaction.
· Scheduling of projects using MS Project and ensuring fair distribution of works among team members.
· Review and approve sales/project costing.
· Brief subcontractor and supplier the scope of work and support procurement in negotiating for better pricing.
· Negotiate with the customer for variation order.
· Management work includes of manage the performance, increment, leave approval etc
· Where necessary, supports the sales by reviewing the scope of work, the proposal and any project risk.
· Any other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
10 or more years’ experience in the project management from multi-national company in Thailand
Knowledge and experience in full scope of project management HR full cycles, workforce planning, talent acquisition, organization and talent capability development, reward and recognition, and culture development, etc.
Experience in supporting business transformation and technology transfer with strong change management skill and resilience;
-Strong talent management, leadership development, performance management, and organization development experience.
-Demonstrated success in creating an environment of trust with clients where integrity is unquestioned; can effectively utilize negotiation and conflict resolution skills when needed
-Proficiency in using Microsoft software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
