Manage and develop employment relationships between clientsand community employers, providing access to an array of employment.Responsibilities include vocational guidance, job development, jobplacement, employer education, job coaching and customer relations.Assist clients with all things employment from, resume writing,interview skills, travel training and job etiquette. Fluency in Spanishis preferred. Qualifications: High School/GED or Hi-SET plus 3 yearsrelated experience OR Associates Degree, plus 1 year related experienceand/or training. One year of human service experience preferred but notrequired. Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.Requirements: Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, dataentry, email, and internet essentials. Must have a valid driverslicense, 3 years driving experience, good driving record, use of vehicleand willingness to transport participants in personal vehicle. Must beable to travel within the region to access residential settings,employers, offices, and community organizations. Individuals with humanservices, job coaching, and career counseling experience stronglyencouraged to apply.
