  What You'll Bring:Ability to lead and coach a team of Client Value Executive with a focus of growing and protecting revenue through sales and servicing activities2-4 years' TransUnion experience leading sales or service teamsStrong understanding of TransUnion's value proposition for Financial ServicesStrong ability to problem solveAbility to partner and collaborate with teams within the matrixStrategic and forward thinkerStrong business acumenExcellent communication skillsThis is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.Impact You'll Make:

  Coach, develop, and manage CVE team to achieve/exceed performance goalsHold weekly team calls to manage top issues across clients, discuss user feedback, and review areas of improvementCollaborate with other sales leaders in the development and sharing of user issues and unique solutions used to solve these issuesSupport CVE in resolving complex issues and internal obstaclesConduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions including IDP's.Leverage unique methods to share best practices and knowledge across the teamBenefits:
