　　The Team's Focus

　　Global Delivery is responsible for the delivery of products to customers in support of client marketing campaigns, account risk management, and depersonalized analytical data requests.

　　This position is accountable for delivery of transactional, batch and self-serve solutions for internal & external customers within the service level agreements. This is done through processing and loading of requests as per client requirements, thereby ensuring that good quality outputs and reports are produced and delivered to clients.

　　What You'll Bring:

　　Key Tasks & Accountabilities

　　&bull Deliver service excellence for Batch order fulfilment.

　　&bull Perform pre-validations and engage with Customer engagement and Sales teams to understand the requirements and to address major anomalies that would impact quality.

　　&bull Produce good quality output within specified turnaround times to facilitate better credit decision-making by clients. Ensure any data related concerns are addressed before delivering to the customers.

　　&bull Validate batch fulfilment system setup and output- data extraction, cleansing & validation (using Ab-Initio on UNIX platform), based on requirements from the customer.

　　&bull Review and process work requests using internally developed tools to ensure all requirements are met.

　　&bull Ensure that good quality input data is processed to achieve a high match rate.

　　&bull Demonstrate good understanding of the business, domain and products.

　　&bull Identify where to improve efficiency and / or quality of processes.

　　&bull Adhere to documented processes and contribute to documentation reviews.

　　&bull Ensure queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely manner.

　　&bull Adherence to KPI metrics/ goals

　　What you will bring?

　　Essential2 - 5 year of experience with Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations research, or other equivalent field with a track record of academic excellenceA passion for service excellence.Strong attention to detail.Effective interpersonal and communication style with the ability to interact at multiple levels within and outside the organization.Ability to work independently and also effectively within a team environment.Ability to plan and organize workload with guidance.Ability to problem solve efficiently and effectively.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Good time management skillsHigh level of familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.Willingness to work in US timings.DesirableFamiliarity with credit bureau offeringsExperience with programming and data manipulation languages (Ab Initio, Unix, SQL)Basic knowledge of Autosys or other scheduling toolsWhat We Offer
