  JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Details Job Location Wisconsin Centrifugal -Waukesha, WI Position Type Full Time Job Shift 1st Shift Description TheProcess Industries Key Account Manager (KAM) will manage a portfolio ofaccounts exclusively within a geographic area, with responsibilities foroverall leadership in specific sub-market(s). The major accountabilitiesof this new role are to: Aggressively prospect at new customers touncover new opportunities, and close profitable business in alignmentwith market plan. Penetrate existing accounts to uncover and closeprofitable new business opportunities. Develop/advance longer-termbusiness opportunities 2-4 years out. Develop relationships w/keydecision makers/influencers at accounts while engaging technicaldecision makers early in program/part development. Develop and maintaina robust pipeline of quality new and existing business opportunitiesacross all plants and achieve forecasted new business and bookings goalsin line with plant specific goals. Effective daily use of MetalTektools/processes (eQuiry leads, pipeline, proposals) to communicatestrategy and progress towards stated goals. Develop MetalTek AccountPlans (MAPs) and communicate via Key Call Summaries (KCSs) as agreedupon with Market Development Manager. Develop a market plan for aspecified (TBD) sub-market, and coordinate activities among (3-personProcess Industry team to increase sales/market share. This positionserves as the primary face-to-face contact between MetalTek and ourcustomers. Frequent travel to support existing customers and establishrelationships with potential customers is required. The KAM isresponsible for planning and executing activities to profitably growsales. This includes analysis of marketing information and leads,exploration of prospects, calls on existing and potential customers,planning customer visits and presentations and coordinating MetalTekresources in support of those sales efforts. Qualifications Thesuccessful candidate should be a self-starter with documented successselling to key customers and contacts within related market(s). 2-4years of experience in the sale of engineered metal solutions and castproducts to the industrial market and related industries is preferred.This person should have a proven track record of generating new businessand new customers, building strong relationships and be able tocommunicate knowledgeably with customers and MetalTek staff on technicalissues. Professional appearance, as well as excellent presentation,verbal and written communication skills are a must.
