AI Signal Research, Inc. (ASRI) is recruiting for the Engineering Prototype Fabrication Support Services (EPFSS) Task Order at NSWC Dahlgren Division.

　　Education:

　　High School Diploma or GED

　　Months/Years of Experience:

　　One (1) year of full time professional experience as an Engineering Technician, performing the following skills: welding (mig, tig, stick, and gas) or machine operation (lathes and mills), sheet metal fabrication, interpreting models and drawing packages, basic Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine operation experience, basic drafting skills, create detail drawings using CAD software and rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to create/modify documentation.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　U.S. Citizen. Must have or be able to obtain a security clearance.

　　Skills Needed:

　　Welding; machine operation, basic drafting

　　Duties:

　　This technician performs simple routine tasks under close supervision or from detailed procedures. Work is checked in progress or on completion. This person performs one or a combination of such typical duties as:

　　a. Assembling or installing equipment or parts requiring simple wiring, soldering, or connecting.

　　b. Performing simple or routine tasks or tests such as tensile or hardness tests; operating and adjusting simple test equipment; records test data.

　　c. Gathering and maintaining specified records of engineering data such as tests, drawings, etc.; performing computations by substituting numbers in specified formulas; plotting data and draws simple curves and graphs.
