Your Opportunity:Taylor Corporation is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and coachable Sales Interns to join our Enterprise Sales team in Eden Prairie, MN!This opportunity is for the summer of 2024 (early June to mid-August); however, this program welcomes new intern classes every summer and fall. Meet a few of our team members to learn more about what you could accomplish here at Taylor: Program Overview: Duration: June 3rd, 2024 - August 9th, 2024 Location: Eden Prairie, Minnesota(in-person) Role: Sales Intern Hours: Full-time (approximately 35-40 hours per week) $16/hour The Taylor Sales Intern Program has three (3) main pillars: Sales experience: You will learn how to build relationships with customers, create valuable touchpoints with prospects, and the process of finding the right people at the right companies. You will work directly with an SMB Account Executive to develop their current customer relationships, act on website visit data from potential prospects, participate in customer calls, and much more. Personal development: You will be in a supportive environment of self-education and be encouraged and celebrated to listen to podcasts, read books, watch videos, etc. You will have two (2) paid hours per week to focus on personal development, and we will share our key takeaways during our weekly team meetings and 1-on-1s. You will also receive regular feedback to help you track your progress and identify areas of growth. Building relationships internally: You will have the goal to meet with a certain number of people internally at Taylor during the internship. There are almost no limits on who you could meet with. After the summer, you will have started an extensive network of professionals that you can keep with you for the rest of your life. Participation in the program will prepare you for a potential full-time role in our Enterprise Sales team as an SMB Account Executive following college graduation. Qualifications: Good standing as a full-time student actively pursuing a bachelor's degree in a business orarelated field Rising Junior or Senior graduating in summer 2024 or after Willing to learn, listen to feedback, and ask questions Proactive, conscientious, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team Excellent time-management skills A courteous and professional demeanor Self-starter who can think creatively, run with new ideas and meet/exceed standard expectations of the role Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship Don't meet every single requirement?
