The Mental Health, Family and Children's Services Senior Project Manager creates, owns and is responsible for project plans, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders as needed, provides operational leadership, and ensures projects meet the expectations and goals of the organization.At least initially, the Mental Health, Family and Children's Services Senior Project Manager focuses their efforts on driving forward the development of an entirely new model of care for families that have been impacted by addiction. In this role, the Project Manager develops and executes a detailed project plan, coordinates - and at times supervises - the efforts of all external partners, Strategic Advisory Board members, subcontractors and vendors, and internal team members, leads research efforts to inform the model's build, leverages learnings to determine the clinical, operational and financial tenets of the new care model, works with development to identify and pursue opportunities for fundraising around the model, and ensures outcomes measures are developed and utilized for decision-making around the model. The Program Manager leads the build of the new model with strong attention to detail, strategic alignment, financial management and achieving outcomes.
