　　As a member of the commercial excellence team, the Salesforce Effectiveness Coordinator helps to steer commercial excellence by:

　　Increasing CRM adoption within the organization and across departments, ensuring integrated cross-functional collaboration

　　Supporting further implementation of CRM system including our contract management module

　　Increasing Salesforce effectiveness through delivering supportive data as part of improved decision making across the commercial process

　　Main responsibilities will include:

　　Sales Tool Support & development

　　Develop and maintain Salesforce.com superuser network

　　Ensure data structure integrity

　　Implementation, maintenance and support of sales tools (BD Library, Coaching App, Sales Competence etc. ....)

　　Implementation and support of the contract management tool Mercury

　　Create sales reports and dashboards to improve Sales Force Effectiveness and implementation of our CRM

　　Developing Sales Capabilities

　　Setting up salesforce trainings (coordinating execution of training, maintenance of materials, translation, and local adoption – Salesforce.com, BD Way Of selling, Sales Academy…)

　　Sales Competency Assessment & Development

　　Adaptation of Western European processes to the local market

　　The SFE coordinator will be closely aligned with the following stakeholders to ensure execution in the country:

　　Local Leadership Team, Local Marketing Forum, Sales Leadership Team, European Sales Force Effectiveness team

　　Responsible for communication between European SalesForce.com-IT-Team and local sales organization

　　About you:

　　You have experience in CRM and CRM-Systems, preferably in Salesforce.

　　You have gained experience in a sales role or a sales support role and are familiar with sales processes, ideally in an international organization.

　　You are fluent in English and Dutch; French knowledge would be an advantage.

　　The perfect candidate for this role:

　　Is outspoken, a good communicator that can drive change and is capable of leading without authority.

　　Has strong negotiation skills.

　　Has great organizational, planning, and analytical skills.

　　Can work independently.
