Avigilon's solutions have been installed at thousands of customer sites, including school campuses, transportation systems, healthcare centers, public venues, critical infrastructure, prisons, factories, casinos, airports, financial institutions, government facilities, and retailers.Job Description The Sales Engineering Manager - Unity (Central Region) will be responsible but not limited to the following: Hiring and managing team members to support the growth of Avigilon Provide mentoring and leadership for the Sales Engineers Assess the Sales Engineers individually and provide career growth advice Conduct employee reviews to ensure the team receives sufficient feedback Monitor, track and provide guidance on employee KPI's Liaise with Regional Sales and Senior Sales Directors to collaborate and execute territory goals as they pertain to the SE's involvementwith partners and RSMs. Coordinate SE activities in local and regional trade shows with the marketing team.
