  Your Typical Day

  As a structural engineer at Thornton Tomasetti, you perform structuralanalysis, design and detailing for all types of buildings, using avariety of materials and building codes. Coordinating design work within-house colleagues as well as design professionals, such as architectsand engineers, from other disciplines is critical for success. With thesupport of your team, you also prepare construction documents within aBIM environment. Our emphasis on collaboration and innovation create s aculture where you can use you r skills while building on them to gainnew expertise . In this role you will gain hands-on experience bycollaborating on rewarding projects such as cultural buildings, officebuildings, and healthcare design in addition to renovation work in aconsulting environment.

  Here\'s What You\'ll Need For This Job

  Qualifications:

  Master\'s degree in structural or architectur al engineeringWorking knowledge of industry software, including SAP2000, ETABS,Ram, Risa 3-D, PCA Software, Revit and AutoCAD0-2 years of relevant experience, including new design andrenovationBenefits
