From our first connection over 125 years ago, Consolidated is dedicated to turning technology into solutions, connecting people and enriching how everyone works and lives.We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Sales Enablement Manager to manage the sales support department, including the supervision, coordination, direction, and evaluation of all sales support department activities.The selected individual will lead the strategic growth and application of the sales enablement team.  The Sales Enablement team provides sales leaders and account executives with pre-sales and post-sales customer success management to drive growth and success for the CCI Commercial sales Organization. Partnering with the sales team and broader support organization, the sales enablement manager will develop and execute impactful solutions for transforming the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.High level interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are required in order to establish and maintain positive working relationships with numerous internal and external parties.

  Responsibilities

  Envision, Develop and Execute Sales Enablement Strategy to identify how to add the most value for the organization and customer/partner base.Work with cross functional peers throughout the company to develop success based models that support Commercial Revenue growth, end customer experience and Partner One Agent experienceOversee the daily workflow of sales requests and ordersDetermine sales enablement priorities, efficiencies and best practices with sales leadership stakeholdersServe as a liaison between sales, care, marketing, sales engineering and product teams by managing projects, migrations and serving as voice of sales and commercial customersCreate communication channel in order to have a constant cycle of review and collaboration with and from the direct and cross functional teamsContinually lead, challenge and identify gaps within the current sales and delivery processesManage the development of tools and support structure to improve sales workflows maximizing ROI for CCILead collaboration with Commercial training team to create training courses and documentationDrive accountability within the Sales and Enablement teams to achieve defined KPIsCreate annual and five year strategic plan of evolution

  Qualifications

  Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all internal and external organizational levels across our entire geography.  Works closely with and influences internal groups such as Sales, Product Management, Installation Project Management, Engineering, and Finance.A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and trainingExperience with CRM tools such as SalesforceAble to foster and maintain build internal relationships with mangers and above throughout the companyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degree with a minimum 3+ years' experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development1+ years managerial experience

  Salary

  Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $75,000 - $85,000 Annually.
