The Management Trainee (MT) Program at Bangor Savings Bank is 12 months of training designed to accelerate and prepare you for a successful career in community banking fields.

Management Trainees are full-time, benefitted employees and will be promoted at the successful completion of the program
The first half of program June – December 2023 will be located at BSB headquarters in Bangor, ME. Trainee then decides where they complete the program and start their career at one of the Bank’s many locations in Maine or NH.
Qualifications
We are seeking well rounded people – college degree with academic success; strong work ethic and/or experience; community/campus involvement; demonstrated attributes in critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, collaboration, communication, relationship building, inter-cultural competences, agility and resilience. Candidates with strong leadership skills and potential to be a future bank leader desired.
