This is a key leadership role responsible for owning the planning and execution of our Annual Operating (AOP) and Long Term (SPOR) plans. The Sales Director plays a pivotal role on the Canadian Leadership team and supports the growth and development of 5 direct reports and leads a team of 14 Account Managers. This role reports to the General Manager & Commercial Leader of Canada.
Your role:
Develop clear and achievable strategies, objectives and tactical plans based on segmentation, customer needs / customer centricity and market conditions synchronized with the Market objectives
Manages the sales function in the Zone in order to maximize sales, volumes and revenues for assigned portfolio
Establishes key sales commercial and operations plans including processes and strategies for: business planning, forecasting, trade management, Daily Management (KPI’s) and other growth opportunities
You are a natural leader that will strongly influence our organizational culture
You're the right fit if:
10 years business experience, preferably in CPG, with experience partnering with Canada's Leading customers
Strong influencing and communication skills
Track record of developing and executing growth strategies
A change leader
