Material Planner

　　Join us as a Material Planner for our Perfumery and Beauty Division, where you'll orchestrate seamless plan of schedule for material supply, striving for optimal cost efficiency as well as inventory levels. Your role will involve synchronizing key stake holders while tackling dynamic and constant challenges. You will be a key player in shaping the heartbeat of our day to day operations, you'll spearhead strategic planning, unlocking opportunities for career growth while driving the success of our highly dynamic supply chain.

　　Your key responsabilities

　　Perform, Develop and optimize daily process of purchase and supply for raw/pack material planning.

　　Work with procurement, sourcing and interal and external Logistics teams to manage raw/pack planning proceses.

　　Monitor and address real-time supply/logistics issues.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.

　　Analyze data to enhance cost, service and inventory efficiency.

　　Adapt plans to meet rapidly changing demand and unforeseen challenges.

　　You bring

　　Degree in Engineering (Industrial desired)

　　Spanish & English intermediate (capable to communicate written and speaking)

　　Familiarity using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software for Material Planning > Strong SAP knowledge is a must + Kinaxix knowledge is desired

　　Excel intermediate a must / advanced desired + POWER BI desired

　　Previous experience in Material Planning, handling external local and importation vendor/processes

　　Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions (Data driven)

　　Proficiency in using communication tools for an effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
