YOUR MISSIONYOUR MISSION (Responsibilities)Own and Walk the Amazon, Zappos Digital Stores/Online catalogs daily; continually executing website improvements (variating products, bullet points, generic search key words), in partnership with Marketing.Formalized reporting and analysis of all retailer sales & inventory metrics, trends, insights from Amazon Vendor Central Brand Analytics dashboard data, Zappos and Zulily vendor portal data.Execute Amazon New Item Setup templates and process through Vendor Central. Identify and resolve IDQ Issues, Item Suppressions, Blockers, Availability Signals, Contact Us Help Tickets, to drive all product live on site.Work in close partnership with the internal PUMA Cross-Functional Teams to execute unique eCommerce Digital Business Plans: Customer Service, Marketing, Planning, Sales Operations.Partner with the internal Seattle sales team and marketing to drive retailer specific x PUMA marketing initiatives, partnering to maximize ROAS.Create and edit seasonal selling tools for Key Product Initiatives and Available Inventory.Partner with sales team and marketing to drive United Legwear Joint Venture and PUMA licensee partner opportunities.Manage Seattle showroom product sample shipments, set up and maintenance.Manage images, tech kits, full product asset library used for retailer site user experience and Social Media launches/storytelling.Attend and participate in market appointments in the PUMA Seattle showroom.Assist sales team, in person, in the Seattle showroom with special projects as needed.Build exceptionally strong relationships and communication with retail partners: Amazon, Zappos, Zulily.PUMA supports a 3-day hybrid work environment, in person, in the Seattle showroom.YOUR TALENTYour Talent (Qualifications)BA/BS with concentration in Business, Management, Marketing, Sales or related areasAdvanced proficiency in MS Office required: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
