Responsibilities * Calculates and analyzescommissions monthly * Prepares reports analyzing and summarizingcommission compensation for sales and executive leadership * Calculatesannual sales targets, conducts monthly reviews and communicatescalculations with management * Analyzes sales targets by territory andmakes necessary adjustments based on Business Unit(s) decisions *Analyzes sales and gross profit by territory to identify trends andpresent potential data issues or concerns * Leads annual salesforecasting for Business Unit(s) * Trains new hires on commissioncompensation program * Develops and distributes detailed reporting andmetrics to support sales incentives and to facilitate informed businessdecisions. * Collaborates with cross-functional teams to recommend andinitiate sales incentive and sales system process improvements Education* Bachelor\'s degree from a four-year college in Accounting, Finance,or related field.
