　　Physical Therapist - Cardiac Team - Swedish Cherry Hill

　　SCHEDULE: 1.0 FTE; 40 hours per week. ICU operates 365, 24/7. Schedule has some flexibility and may vary.

　　Supporting the creation of advanced mobility treatments for complex cardiac patients. Will be working alongside the cardiovascular medical and nursing team in the Cardiac ICU.

　　The Physical Therapist (PT) delivers and supervises others in the delivery of physical therapy services. The PT performs evaluations and develops individual plans of care to maximize functional outcomes, implements the plans of care and reassesses treatment results, and actively participates in discharge planning.

　　Required qualifications:

　　Coursework/Training: A graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy.

　　Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License

　　Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

　　Preferred qualifications:

　　Minimum of 2 years experience working in Cardiac ICU

　　Cardiovascular Pulmonary Certified Specialist Certification (CCS)

　　2 years of program development experience (developing a clinic or program in an ICU setting)
