Union Health Foundation President Details
Essential Job Duties:
Manage and oversee all aspects of the organization's operations
Develop and implement strategies to achieve the organization's goals and objectives to grow annual revenue through individual, corporate gifts, foundation gifts and grants
Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance and support
Drive business development efforts to expand the organization's reach and market presence
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit loss, to ensure financial stability and growth.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement effective solutions
Provide leadership in strategic planning initiatives to drive long-term success
Supervise and evaluate the performance of department heads and other key personnel
Qualifications:
Strong leadership, inspiring and motivating teams
Excellent project management skills for effective planning and execution
Proven business development experience, cultivating client and partner relationships
Proficient in sales strategies for revenue growth and cost containment
Solid understanding of financial management principles, including profit loss analysis
5 years experience working with foundations preferred
5 years experience working with fundraising required
Education Requirement:
Minimum of bachelor's degree in management, marketing, communication field. Master's degree desirable.
Schedule:
8 Hour Shifts
Monday – Friday, Weekends as needed
