　　About the Role

　　As the Safety & Security Manager, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing occupational health & safety and security functions of the hotel so that its guests, employees, operators and assets are protected and secure. You will develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s safety and security procedures.

　　This varied and dynamic role provides a chance to develop your Hospitality career within an international company; either in Australia or overseas.

　　Some of the responsibilities include:

　　Security support to all departments across the hotel

　　Develop, implement and monitor safety & security procedures including the emergency response plan

　　Conduct safety training including fire & emergency response and OH&S

　　Maintaining, updating and implementing the OH&S framework for the hotel

　　Manage event & VIP security as needed

　　First-aid management and maintenance

　　Managing employee and asset security protection

　　Incident response, investigation and report writing

　　Monitoring CCTV and internal alarms

　　Providing proactive public security presence
