An innovative leader in the food, pharmaceutical, and ingredients is seeking a SQF Practitioner to join their team!

　　Description:

　　• Implement and contribute towards continuous improvement of companywide SQF program.

　　• Maintain and review food safety fundamentals as per the HACCP- plan for Paulaur Corporation.

　　• Communicate information essential to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of the SQF program to the Management Team.

　　• Implement and maintain an effective internal GMP audit program.

　　• Review and maintain the Business Continuity Plan for the facility.

　　• Participate in group meetings for the establishment of FSMA, HACCP and SQF standards of Paulaur products.

　　• Facilitate the review of Manufacturing Orders for traceability of all lot numbers utilized for raw, material, and finished products.

　　• Perform traceability and mock recall exercises for packaging, raw material, and finished product.

　　• Support the Quality Regulatory team in customer response and material document updates.

　　• Facilitate third party audits and regulatory agencies inspections.

　　• Assist in customer complaint investigations & responses.

　　• Provide company-wide training for management, office staff, warehouse employees and production staff.

　　• Develop review, and update SOP’s and continuously assess existing processes.

　　• Ensure all MR Just Food forms and checklist are monitored, verified, and filed in a timely and accurate manner and comply with our food safety plan.

　　• Oversee key areas of the system: maintenance, pest control, sanitation, microbiology, supply chain, allergen management, HACCP, GMP, and internal auditing.

　　• Coordinate, participate, assist in any food registration, audits, annual subscriptions.

　　• Manage and maintain Quality training records for all employees.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　High School Diploma required, Bachelor's in Food Science is ideal

　　SQF Certification necessary. Extensive knowledge of HACCP and FSMA is ideal

　　1-2 Years Experience in Food Manufacturing and Safety Environment with focus in implementation and adherence to company Quality Standards
