Performs entry-level administrative or technical support work for the Financial Business Services branch of the Financial Management Division (FIN). Work involves performing a wide range of administrative, technical, and/or office support work for the division. Employees at this level perform assignments following specific instructions and are subject to frequent review by the immediate supervisor.Essential Duties:Develops spreadsheets, databases, and other electronic documents. Assist the FIN Technical Services team in report development for Tableau, queries for PeopleSoft, MS Power Apps, etc. Gathers basic data and assists with routine analyses Make updates to Microsoft Project, Planner, Teams, etc. Assists in maintaining confidential information and records. Assists in processing routine documents such as vouchers, journal entries, reimbursement requests, etc.Maintains files, records, and logs. Performs preliminary research on assignments and gathers pertinent data.Performs routine word processing duties and conducts quality checks of documents created.Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.
