　　About This Job

　　Air and Space Force Solutions, a business unit within BAE Systems, has an opening at our Hill Air Force Base, Utah location for a technical intern. This individual will work on a team of Operations, Cybersecurity, and Project Management professionals on a variety of system and IT projects. The position will have the following duties and responsibilities:

　　Set up and administer user accounts within various systems

　　Learn various systems and applications and assist in the training of end users

　　Troubleshoot user issues related to Jira and Confluence

　　Analyze and document processes and procedures

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Clearance Requirement

　　The applicant must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

　　Required Education, Experience, & Skills

　　Required Education: High School/GED

　　The successful applicant should be a Junior/Senior college student with the following characteristics:

　　Strong initiative and an ability to organize daily tasks

　　Strong communication skills (oral and written)

　　Committed to results and success in accomplishing goals

　　Can quickly learn new technologies

　　Excellent customer service skills

　　Working knowledge of various hardware platforms and software applications

　　Experience with troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving issues

　　The applicant must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance

　　The applicant must be a citizen of the US

　　Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

　　Prior experience working in an IT department, Help desk, or desktop support

　　IT Call Center or customer support experience is a plus

　　Ability to review, analyze, document, and explain technical systems or data

　　Pay Information

　　Full-Time Salary Range: $39780 - $53730

　　Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

　　Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20 hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
