　　Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Roofers for projects located in the Bartlett, TN area . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-30/hour based on experience and skill level. 　　Job Scope:

　　Inspect problem roofs to determine the best way to repair them

　　Measure roofs to calculate the quantities of materials needed

　　Replace damaged or rotting joists or plywood

　　Remove existing roof systems

　　Install vapor barriers or layers of insulation, androof ventilation

　　Requirements

　　Must have OSHA 10; TI can provide training for qualified candidates

　　Must pass federal background check
