Description

　　Our client is a dynamic non-profit organization located in Towson, MD, dedicated to improving the lives of others. We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior .NET Developer to join our growing team and play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our software applications that support our mission.

　　In this on-site role, you will collaborate with our passionate team to:

　　Design, develop, and test high-quality .NET applications using C# and other relevant technologies

　　Contribute to all stages of the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance

　　Work closely with other team members, including designers, product managers, and stakeholders, to understand and meet their needs

　　Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code adhering to best practices

　　Identify and troubleshoot bugs to ensure application stability and performance

　　Stay up-to-date on the latest .NET technologies and trends

　　Requirements

　　We are looking for someone who:

　　Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

　　Has 1-2 years of experience developing .NET applications with C#

　　Understands object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns

　　Is proficient in SQL and relational database management systems

　　Has excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

　　Is a strong communicator and team player with a willingness to learn and grow

　　Shares a passion for our mission and is motivated to contribute to positive social change
