　　What will I be doing?

　　As a Spa Therapist, you are responsible for managing and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A Therapist would also be required to help achieve sales targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

　　Manage and carry out procedures, have current knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standardsEnsure procedures are delivered flawlessly including bookings, payments, and consultation cardsInteract and communicate effectively with clients, team members, guests, and the management teamAssist the Recreation & Spa Manager in meeting and exceeding department sales targets and ensure that sales are recorded accuratelyEnsure health, safety COSHH and company regulations are complied withManage customer feedback effectively to ensure a more personalized experience while enhancing the guest's relationship with the Waldorf Astoria & ResortsEnsure all guest issues or compliments are escalated to enable long-term improvements in products and servicesComply with hotel security, fire, and health and safety regulationsEnsure that protocols of cleanliness are adhered toWhat are we looking for?
