The Robot Arm Operator is responsible for the operation of the automatic palletizer and wrap machine.

　　This is a 3rd shift opportunity with a schedule of 11: 00 p.m. to 7: 30 a.m.

　　PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Report any factors that may influence the quality and safety of the finished feed and ingredients to the immediate supervisor The safe, efficient functioning of the automatic palletizer and wrap machine making any necessary adjustments to ensure quality stacking Inspect empty pallets to ensure they are of good quality Performing daily Metal Detect checks and weigh checks to ensure equipment is working properly Troubleshooting operational issues following all safety protocols The organization and cleanliness of the east alleyway of the East Warehouse Monitoring, organizing and recording of ripped bags, off weights and metal reject Checking weights and date codes on the products being packed Organizing rework and cooperating with the Shift Support Person in accessing rework Compacting of cardboard as time permits All other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements. Good communication skills. Understanding of feed manufacturing and willingness to learn and grow. Understanding of feed mill equipment and layout. Thorough understanding of cGMPs. Knowledge of HACCP Feed & Food Safety Plan. Knowledge of FSMA. WAGE:

　　Starting at $18.00 an hour
