　　Full time Mon-Fri, 7:00am-3:30pm

　　What you will do:

　　Provide direct patient care to individuals participating in the CardioPulmonary Rehab and Wellness programs at both Albany and Troy locations.

　　Responsibilities :

　　Participate in the development of individualized treatment plans.

　　Provide patient education.

　　Assist patients with exercise equipment and ensure safety.

　　Assess and reassess patient’s needs to achieve both program and personal goals.

　　What you will need :

　　· A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of New York

　　· Registered Nurses must possess the ability to assess, plan, direct, intervene and evaluate patient care.

　　· The RN must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written.

　　· 1 year of clinical experience with cardiac and/or pulmonary patients is preferred.

　　· BLS, ACLS, and EKG interpretation certification required within 1 year of hire.

　　· Fun personality and strong desire to motivate others.

　　Salary Range $36.50-49.95hr
