  What You'll Contribute

  The Manager, Digital Marketing will be responsible for partnership management, relationship building, and B2B sales. In addition, The Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing our lead generation marketing initiatives.

  What You'll Do

  Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various Affiliate channels.

  Develop deep relationships with existing Affiliates, and partner with them on testing and contract negotiations.

  Deliver robust competitive research to discover new potential Affiliate partners.

  Negotiate and onboard new Affiliate partners.

  Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.

  Deliver email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads acquired from Affiliate partners.

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms.

  Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to manage lead generation, customer segmentation, and email marketing campaigns.

  What you have

  Minimum education, skills and experience required.

  Strong sales and relationship building skills.

  Experience in the Affiliates and/or sales space.

  Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics tools.

  Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools.

  Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimize campaigns.

  Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive measurable results.

  Preferred education, skills, and experience.

  Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

  5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with experience in managing digital marketing campaigns.
