　　Description:

　　Position Details:

　　Pediatric Patient

　　·Acuity Level: Gtube

　　·Location: Gilbert (85297)

　　·Schedule: Every other Saturday 8a-4p (Day SHIFTS)

　　About case: Patient is an ped male patient who is needing help 1 day a week. It is a 8 hour shift, The patient has a gtube. This family is an amazing and a kind family to work with.

　　(We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience!)

　　Responsibilities:

　　Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care

　　Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs

　　Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition

　　Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

　　Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned
