Working with a small nurse-to-patientratio, the LPN and/or RN ensures the safety, well-being, and comfort ofthe individuals under their care. They collaborate with theinterdisciplinary team and program care team to monitor and address thephysical, emotional, and developmental needs of individuals served.Summary of position: Perform nursing duties to provide direct andindirect nursing care including health maintenance, teaching,counseling, planning and restoration for individuals with developmentaldisabilities. Provide support and instruction to families, day programproviders, and direct care staff in keeping with Program policies, NursePractice Act and related standards and accepted practice.Qualifications: Graduate of nursing program. Valid Massachusetts RN orLPN nursing license. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.1 year experience preferred. SALARY RANGE: Non-Exempt hourly rates aredetermined based on license type and years of experience. Range from\$30.47-\$44.78.
