Augustana Apartments in Minneapolis, MN, has a rare opportunity for an experienced RN, Assistant Director of Health Services (ADHS) to join our team. We offer independent living, assisted living, care suites, and hospice care services to residents at our well-established senior living campus.

To support you, Cassia provides an after-hours RN who is available by telephone to triage calls from the staff. This on-call RN provides direction to the team when you are not on-site.

　　Registered Nurse (RN) responsibilities:

　　Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.

　　Work closely with the DIrector of Nursing to create and oversee careplans. 

　　Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care.

　　Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.

　　Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.

　　Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.

　　Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.

　　Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

　　Registered Nurse (RN) skills and requirements:

　　Current Minnesota RN license required.

　　Must have strong communication and organizational skills.

　　Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
