　　PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Complete all HVAC system installations efficiently and accurately.

　　Participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.

　　Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high-quality installations.

　　Requirements

　　Minimum of two years of relative experience required.

　　Clean, safe driving record.

　　Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.

　　Strong verbal and written communication.

　　High integrity with advanced social skills and knowledge to make solid connections.

　　Must have an Outgoing personality that works in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

　　Highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible.

　　PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT

　　Working in confined spaces and at heights

　　Working with hazardous materials and chemicals

　　Working in extreme conditions like elevated height, and extreme temperatures

　　Ability to lift 75 lbs.
