Ideal candidates for this position will have 1-2 years prep/cooking experience, ideally in a high volume establishment, as well as the desire for a hotel culinary career!

　　What will I be doing?

　　As a Line Cook II, you would be responsible for preparing cold food items in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
