  Responsibilities

  THE OPPORTUNITY

  The Revenue Management & Business Intelligence Jr. Manager will have a dual role and will be responsible for analyzing business data and leverage insights and data science to track business performance, identify course correction needs and unlock growth;Will also be responsible to lead the Revenue management agenda with Bottler (FOBO), working closely and together to LAB and LATAM Revenue Management Teams;As the owner of the Revenue Management agenda, he/she will be responsible to identify opportunities to grow and influence bottler's RM team to implement strategy (FOBO). The objective is to deliver a compelling portfolio strategy to unlock advantaged RM (Pricing, Mix, Portfolio Revenue Growth) for beverages, working in partnership with the PEP Revenue Management local and Regional teams, category leaders and Franchise teams;Will support the build of AOP for Revenue Management and also will support the Franchise Team on preparing and implementing long term strategies (such as 3-year plan);Will also be the responsible for leading and operating the Infrastructure projects related to Models development and Data Storage;Develop/distribute all dashboards and performance reports to support the local team to proper manage and grow the beverage business in Brazil working in partnership with Franchise, Marketing, LAB South and LAB teams. Providing support to teams on developed tools.

  YOUR IMPACT

  Lead Revenue Management Agenda for PEP FOBO (Pepsi, H2OH, Gatorade, Lipton) Beverage Brands;Leverage insights and data science to support Franchise and Marketing teams to unlock growth; Build strong relationship and influence Ambev Revenue Management team (FOBO). Build network within PBF and LATAM Revenue Management teams and LAB Beverage Team;Deliver AOP targets (sales, market share, net revenue, NOPBT);Provide insights and analysis to support franchise and marketing teams to conduct biweekly/monthly business review with bottler and key customers aiming to identify opportunities as well as to align on future activities and goals;Lead Beverages Revenue Management AOP/3YJP and execute Revenue Management AOP/3YJP initiatives jointly with Bottler and customers;Support other areas such as Bottler's RM Team, Franchise, Marketing, Insights, Innovation, Operations and Finance in strategic projects for the beverage business;Gather and analyze data to support Business Intelligence agenda for PEP Beverage brands;Monitoring workflows and routines for data processing and compilation;Development of filtering and selection tools on databases;Development of SQL queries;Development of Python scripts for data processing/analysis;Development and updating of reports and dashboards for departmental monitoring;Providing support to teams on developed tools;Understand PEP/Bottler's business and challenges in depth to be able to use data and insights to identify growth opportunities;Establish strong relationship and credibility with bottler while jointly building new ways of working and processes to be able to influence bottler's RM team;Identify new growth opportunities;Support the team's development.
