　　The role you’ll contribute:

　　The Clinical Risk Manager promotes and enhances patient safety in the facility and helps minimize loss by protecting the facility assets, assists with risk management day-to-day activities including; follow up incident investigation, RCA’s, potential incidents, grievances, treatment issues or lost property; assists in claim investigation and maintains investigative and legal files; resolves issues as appropriate; helps ensure compliance with risk management related statutes and other regulatory standards; facilitates corrective action when warranted; initiates reports to Corporate claims and regulatory agencies; and assists the Risk Director.

　　The value you’ll bring to the team:

　　· Reviews incident reports daily and investigate.

　　· Identifies incidents which meet the definition of a Code 15 or serious safety event

　　· Coordinates or participates on trend improvement teams

　　· Guides and assists department managers in improving patient safety and finding appropriate corrective actions and innovative solutions to safety problems.

　　· Works within the facility’s annual budget and with department managers, and staff to seek support for funding prior to introducing any new equipment or programs.

　　Qualifications

　　The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

　　· Associate degree

　　· Current Florida Clinically Related License

　　· Current Florida Driver’s License

　　· Three (3) year experience in a clinical role
