　　Provide Risk and Patient Safety services to assigned clinical areas

　　Salary Range: $80,151.00 - $132,249.00

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or education field; Registered Nurse preferred; Master’s degree preferred, Additional education in statistics and its application in performance improvement and/or other related settings are desirable.

　　Minimum of six years’ experience in a health care setting for RN candidate; eight years’ experience for other candidates; management experience preferred.

　　Minimum of three years’ experience in quality/risk management, including experience in facilitating process improvement teams and in organization wide implementation of patient improvement.

　　Certification by a recognized society in Quality/Risk preferred (e.g., via ASHRM)

　　Demonstrated ability to organize and present thoughts logically

　　Strong interpersonal communication, organizational and planning skills

　　Skills in public speaking

　　A focus on achieving outcomes in a timely fashion

　　Demonstrated ability to provide training

　　Demonstrated ability to recognize and manage group dynamics

　　Ability to work with others to accomplish goals and solve problems

　　Skills with variety of computer technology

　　Ability to exercise independent judgment as a consultant and in managing multiple projects
