Risk Manager - FFIO, HR Risk and Compliance
The FFIO, HR Risk and Compliance Risk Team within the Fidelity Legal Risk and Compliance group is looking for a passionate, hard-working team member to help support the business in identifying, monitoring, and mitigating risks to protect the interests of the firm and our customers.
The Risk Manager is responsible for protecting Fidelity's customers and deepening their trust in Fidelity by partnering with the business to identify risks and develop innovative solutions to enhance controls, while fostering a strong risk mindset within the business. As a manager, you should be able to perform data analytics, work cross-organizationally, successfully cultivate relationships that enable you to develop and communicate recommendations for risk associated with human resources and payroll regulatory compliance. In addition, you will help support Enterprise HR, FFIO and the overall firm's control environment.

Our team provides risk and compliance support to Fidelity's Enterprise HR Functions (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, HR/Payroll Operations, Benefits, Employee Relations, and Platforms). We also support Consolidated Data Services within Fidelity Fund and Investment Operations (FFIO).
The Expertise You Have
5+ years' industry experienceBachelors' Degree requiredEffective use of data analysis and visualization applications (i.e., Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Snowflake, etc.)Strong problem solving and analytical skillsPrior HR Operational/ Compliance knowledge (a plus)Demonstrated leadership or project management experienceAbility to lead working groups and maintain collaborative working relationshipsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information
