At Winning Consulting, we are on the lookout for a Risk Management Specialist to be part of our dynamic team. This role involves working on an exciting project for one of our key clients in the banking sector. 

The professional will be responsible for supporting the Risk Management (including Business Continuity Management - BCM) and Internal Control teams in implementing a common tool. This includes coordination with external vendors, managing specifications, testing tool functionalities, data migration, team training, and stakeholder integration.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to Risk Management and Internal Control teams in implementing a common tool.

Coordinate and follow up with external vendors.

Prepare specifications and coordinate with the involved teams.

Monitor the correct implementation of specifications in the tool.

Test the functionalities of the tool.

Manage data migration to the new tool.

Prepare and conduct training sessions for the teams.

Ensure stakeholder integration into the tool.

Support first-line operation teams in executing designated tasks within the tool.

Lead change management activities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

Academic background in Engineering or Information Technology (IT).

Experience in project management.

Experience or knowledge in control, risk management, and compliance is a plus.

Proactive and confident personality.

Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills with all levels, including senior executives, both orally and in writing.

Fluency in English.
