On-site Customer Service Representatives provide high quality customer service to both internal and external clients regarding insurance policies. Long-term opportunity with excellent benefits. Starting at $16.75/hr and located in Cayce, South Carolina. Great opportunity for entry-level customer service specialist looking to start a career in the insurance industry and develop new skills!
Responsibilities
Assist callers by taking claims, providing general information, and offering excellent customer service to policyholders and agents along with other callers.
Act quickly in response to customer problems, taking ownership and following through to satisfactory conclusion.
Interact professionally and courteously with customers in phone and face to face situations.
Regular and predictable attendance required.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience.
Insurance industry experience preferred, not required.
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook office programs preferred.
